About SEVENSEAS

Safety, cleanliness and efficiency in your factory.

In industrial environments, every detail matters. Cleanliness, safety and efficiency are not optional — they shape product quality and how your brand is perceived.

Our role in the project

Our role in the project

SEVENSEAS connects the technology with the place where it must work: an entrance, logistics route, production area, exposed asset or wheeled load.

We clarify the site conditions, define the technical direction, prepare the proposal and agree responsibilities for installation, training, maintenance and verification after implementation.

What we do — in practice

Our activity focuses on three essential areas in any factory: industrial cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Preventive cleaning & contamination control

We map how dirt transfers between production and logistics areas, then identify the control point and the checks required by the operator’s hygiene procedure.

Protect people and infrastructure in daily operations

We configure impact protection around the vehicle, route, exposed object and anchoring conditions. The right choice can limit impact consequences and support continuity in high-traffic areas.

Easy handling of heavy loads

Controlled load movement can reduce physical effort, improve manoeuvring in confined spaces and make internal logistics routes more stable.

Our story

  • Partnership with Heute Maschinen Fabrik GmbH begins, supplying shoe cleaning machines for the hospitality industry.

  • Expansion into production and logistics sectors, and partnership with ProfilGate® (Germany) to deliver tire and sole cleaning systems that keep industrial spaces clean by removing dirt from wheels and footwear, supporting high hygiene standards in critical environments.

    2014
    ProfilGate®
  • Launch of the safety division and partnership with STOMMPY® (Italy), providing impact protection barriers that protect infrastructure and personnel, using durable Tecklene® material and the innovative FIXA BLOCK anchoring system.

    2019

  • What’s next?

The current portfolio covers contamination control, impact protection and controlled load movement. Each direction leads to practical selection criteria, products and application guidance.

What SEVENSEAS adds to the decision

A technical choice becomes clearer when the route, operating conditions, documentation and post-installation responsibilities are considered together.

Unique range of industrial solutions

Unique range of industrial solutions

Three operating areas can be reviewed together: cleanliness, safety and material handling. The selected measures follow the real movement of people and materials through the factory.

From entrances to production routes, the same movements, exposed areas and verification points should be assessed consistently.

Reference points for quality and audit discussions

Reference points for quality and audit discussions

We help trace contamination routes and connect practical measures to internal verification, audit preparation and product documentation.

References such as VDA 19.2 and ISO 16232 can frame technical-cleanliness discussions; the operator procedure determines what is monitored, validated and accepted in the process.

Operational efficiency

Operational efficiency

Clearer routes, handling steps and maintenance responsibilities can reduce avoidable interventions, unplanned downtime and operating effort.

The selected measures should support a more stable workflow and make better use of people, equipment and available space.

Service life and maintenance

Service life and maintenance

Access for cleaning, inspection, spare parts and service belongs in the initial choice. A suitable system must remain usable and maintainable within the site’s real operating rhythm.

After installation, training, planned maintenance and product-specific technical support keep that responsibility clear.
